Staff Use Acknowledgment

I understand that Veritas staff access and internal credits are provided only for authorized AXIS AI business purposes. I agree not to share my account, waste credits, use staff credits for outside paid services, bypass billing rules, or access information outside my approved role. I understand that leadership may restrict, suspend, or revoke access for misuse, role change, resignation, termination, or security concerns.

• —Staff credits are internally provided and have no cash value.
• —I will use Veritas only for authorized AXIS AI business purposes.
• —I will not use staff credits for outside paid services, personal business, or unauthorized activity.
• —I will not access records, dashboards, admin functions, or data outside my approved role.
• —I agree to protect confidential information and report suspicious access or misuse.
